Rear 2 storey addition, renovation, carport and new secondary dwelling to existing heritage listed Victorian dwelling originally built in 1894.
Our clients wished to remove an old 1960s rear extension and replace it with a 2 storey rear addition in keeping with the Victorian façade. The new construction required a new kitchen, dining, family, bathroom, WC, laundry and terrace, in addition to a ground floor conversion into one bedroom secondary dwelling.

A heritage listed house presents its own challenges to ensure existing structures are preserved and new construction carries details deserving of the original craftsmanship.
